    Angry VODAFONE MNP problem..

    Respected Sir/Madam,



    I,Rohit A. Kashikar had applied for MNP of pre-paid connection at vodafone store in chembur,mumbai on 27th Jan 2011.I was guided by guy named NADEEM.I have still not received any sms or any kind of notification from Vodafone.The call centre people and Vodafone store people say that my old operator has cleared me and even Vodafone has sent me a sms.

    This is a big lie as i have not received any sms from Vodafone and my service from old operator(TATA Indicom) is still active.

    They had promised to port my no. within 7 working days but it is now 9th working day and still nothing!!!

    I am deeply disapointed by Vodafone's Delay.Even before the service of Vodafone has begun i am having problems with Vodafone.The Vodafone Store people are not at all helpful.They said call on 198 and register complaint.If i dont have a vodafone number then how on earth can i call 198 from other mobile.Even this much they dont know.



    Try to solve the problem and begin my service from vodafone as soon as possible.

    Default want to shift to airtel postpaid from vodafone

    sir i registered for upc on 20 jan i submitted all formalities and got mnp sim i received rejection message from 1901 on 29 i contacted ur staff mr nadeem ahem at jaipur ganpati plaza branch . he told sir u have to generate again upc code. which i generated on 5 feb. had given my new upc code to mr nadeem . he told me that the he is not able to punch any no. and asked me to wait till monday that is 14 feb. kindly help me out .

    Dear Sir,


    I had requested for porting to Airtel from Tata Indicom. After completing all the procedures on 05th Feb I got new sim card.
    However till date i have not received any message for activation of sim from Airtel. Request you to look in to matter.

    Default Problem with MNP

    I have applied for MNP for my existing number 9959363078, the Porting request number AA475956.

    After I have applied the MNP request Igot a message on saturday 12-Feb that my request has been approved by my currect operator Airtel. On the same day midnight my Airtel operator has disconnect my number. But still my Vodafone connection is not activated.

    Its been 2 days already and my number is not in use. This being a huge uncomfort and at this point of time I dont have any contact number.

    This is really embarassing and request you take care immediately and get my number activated at earliest.

    Default MNP (switch from airtel to vodafone

    Hi,

    I had requested to be ported out from airtel to tata docomo for 2 of my numbers however i have been told that due to outstanding amount my request has been rejected, one number did have outstanding amount which i have cleared and one did not but still it is not ported out. today is 11th day from requesting UPC. On 10th Feb i did get a confirmation that request for port out is submitted from 1901. customer care is not helping either after repeated attempts.

    Default unability to port from vodafone to airtel

    Dear Sir
    I am a vodafone user but due to poor network coverage i wanted to port my number to airtel , for which i had sent a porting request on 27th jan 2011. Within two days the airtel executive came and collected the documents for ID and address proof and after filling the MNP form, i was handed over a new airtel sim. now on the seventh working day, when i was supposed to transfer the new sim replacing my current vodafone sim, i get a msg from vodafone stating "Your porting request VX133698 dated 13th feb11 has been rejected due to The Porting Code does not match the Donor allocated Porting code for this number. Request you to call our customer care at 111."
    Now when i call up the vodafone customer care, i get to hear that my porting request was rejected because they can provide me with a good network coverage and good offers.
    Such an answer from vodafone care clearly stands baseless when they did not even try to address the problem of porting code mismatch. The network provider simply cant hold back its users based on some irrational statements.Please kindly look into it and do the needful.
