Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding my mobile no 9891777654. I requested for mobile number porting from idea to airtel. Yesterday i got message form airtel that porting time is 27th january midnight.

On 28th january, i was not able to receive idea network as number was ported to airtel but still i am not able to make or receive calls from airtel network. When i visited airtel relationship center, no action was taken and they gave me nodal officers number. I called 9958444865 (nodal officers number) and talked to Neha but she did not take any action and said that it will take three more days to resolve the issue.

I told her that according to TRAI the consumer's services should not be effected for more than 2-3 hours. I also told her that this is my official number and i cannot afford three days without mobile but she was talking in a very bad manner and kept on saying do what ever you want and we cannot do any thing.

Request you to take proper action on airtel as they are not following TRAI guidelines and harassing the customer. Sir please let me know how will i manage without my official phone for three days. Please take appropriate action on them as they treated me very badly.
