I HAVE RECHARGED MY BROTHER CELL NUMBER THROUGH VODA FONE ONLINE RECHARGE ON 6 TH JANUARY 2011 AT 1:45 PM IN THE AFTERNOON AND MY ACCCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED THE AMOUNT IS OF 101 RS.BUT THE RECHARGE HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED TO MY BROTHER PHONE I HAVE CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BUT THEY SAID THAT RECHARGE WILL BE CREIDTED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS BUT ITS BEEN NOW ALMOST MORE THAN FOUR WEEKS BUT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED . I HAVE THE MAIL WHICH IS SENT BY THE VODAFONE REGARDING THE TRANCTION AND I ALSO HAVE THE TRANCTION ID OF THE SAME I REQUEST U TO TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY SO THAT THEY DONT CHEAT AGAINST THE CUSTOMERS AND GIVE ME GOOD COMPENSATION AGAINST THE MENTAL AGONY which i have suffer.
