    Default sudden loose balance of my Airtel prepaid connection



    hi,
    I have been using Airtel Prepaid mobile since last two years ... on 25 th of january i got a hyperlink mesage from Airtel just i clicked it opened immediately they have disconnect 199.00 RS from my balance then approached to Airtel Call center later they said i activited internet server which i never asked them for that service.. After two days they remitted 50 RS back to my account . why it was happened ?? there is no right answer from airtel. Finally I cheated by Airtel. please help me in this regard.. regards Srinivasu.
