    Unhappy Automatic activation of services

    I am using TATA INDICOM PREPAID CONNECTION. But I don't understand , why the customer care services automatically activate the service without our knowledge and deduct money simply. What i feel is that , they are cheating us. When you call customer care and ask about the deduction of money, they gave us the reason that you have pressed some key in your mobile and also refuse to register a complaint. I have noticed that , some of my friends also facing the same problem and at last they started using some other connection.

    Angry Automatically activaion of services by tataindicom

    Dear Sir,

    I am using Tata Indicom No 9210095437. From last 2 months they are activating any tyoe of service and they deduct money from our account and whenever i contact them they are not giving proper reply and always leave me unsatisfied with a deduction of amount. so please take action towards it this is causing problem and deducting amount every month
