I am a user of reliance GSM. On date 30/01/2011 at approx 8:00 Am , RS.30 deducted from my mobile without my knowledge and when i asked to reliance customer care they told me that one service(talk with stars) has activated on my mobile.
and when i told that this service was not activated by me and i want to get my money back so they told me, it is not possible as it was activated by you on 29/1/11 whereas i haven't requested for anything and also on 29/1/11 some service was activated by them which deducted my balance by Rs 10 which was later refunded on complaint
So please do something for me so that i can get my money back.

On date 5/3/2011Rs.30 was deducted from my mobile without my knowledge and i asked to reliance customer care so he told me that one service has activated on my mobile, whereas i have not activated any service but they said it was activated by you only and you won't get your balance back.
Earlier this month my Rs 30 was deducted and the same thing was send to me at that time.
