frustrated with airtel

    Angry frustrated with airtel

    Hi ,
    My Airtel mobile number is 9975573051 . I am using this number from last 4 years as postpaid . 2 months back i convert this number to prepaid at the same time i submitted all requested document.

    From 21st Jan it is showing invalid SIM. i called customer service center & got reply that this number is invalid neither prepaid nor postpaid. I dont understand how can number become invalid very next day .

    i also visit CRC (Aundh) where i got reply to go for new connection & new number.. is this a solution . CRC executive was not able to give exact reason behind number invalid case. If CRC executive not able to give fix reason then who else. i had rs 500 balance in my account .


    is it possible to go for new number ????




    I am very frustrated with this kind of answer & solutions ... i just want my number back ...

    After seeing this kind of incidents with me, my friends have distended from taking airtel connection ever.

    This is doing a very negative publicity for you sir. Just for some profits you are losing a loot of existing as well as future customers.
    Rs500 is not a big amount for me, but if it's not refunded to me then I bet that I will stop using airtel and will never use it again.
