Hi Sir/Madam,

My number is 7676875480,from last 1 months every other day my balance got deducted without my permission from reliance.Even i complaint this to their customer care executive,but i didn't get any positive response from there side.Today only i complaint and they didn't gave me any information.They are activating services from their side and download wallpapers without my permission from my no,and as a result my balance got deducted.Hi,

Today again my balance got deducted and when I talked to your executive he is again saying that i have downloaded some kareena wall paper and have used R-world.I haven't do any of these thing.And the way of your executive is really very bad.And he directly told me that if you have problem with reliance then you can stop your service from reliance.Is this the way to handle customer complaints.

I am complaining you from last 1 month and I am not getting any positive response from your side.Reliance is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

I am fed up of all this .

Take some strict action against my complaint.

I am using reliance GSM(smart) service ....
They activated MISSED CALL ALERT service ..

i want to stop this service bt when I send sms to unsubscribe , I got msg that ur msg is being processed bt they didn’t yet deactivated d missed call alert..plz deactivate this servise on my num.I tried customer care num also bt it is always busy... please help me..

ek hi month mei mera kam se kam 1oo se jayada bal kat chuke hai..
Custoner care pe to khbhi baat hoti nai.....
Etni bekar sevice aj tk nai dekhi maine......

i am from sukhliya indore near vijay nagar
and my problem is that i am having too much network issues
cant talk to anyone properly.
There is no network bar on the phone,then i have to search for it
and in some certain areas i do get low network
please resolve this coz i like to stay with realiance telecom
bt if this problem wont get solve i have to move to other operators.
