    Default illegal charging of amount from my balance

    Respected sir
    I am using airtel prepaid number 8826502989
    they are charging amount from my account in respect of downloading java games which are not supported on my phone
    when i talked to customer care they straightly denied my request of refunding my balance
    this is a gross injustice to my rights
    i thereby request you to take an action on bharti airtel or guide me how to charge a case on them
