    Post Activating packages unnecessary and without my knowledge - Too many times

    I'm Arun, My mobile number is +91 9740983358 Karnataka region.

    Im having lot of problems in airtel service, Kindly give the explanation for below listed problems.

    1. Activating package without my knowledge and amount was deducted - I want to know how these service was activated.
    2. I'm not getting current balance amount
    3. There is no response from customer care - I'm don't know you may know the meaning of the word " Customer Care"
    4. Getting unwanted SMS from airtel network.

    Point 1.

    While checking my mobile balance, My amount was continuously deducted for VAS service without my knowledge. Kindly give the explanation for how you detect my amount without my knowledge. Without getting acknowledge from my self how you take my money and activate unwanted service. I didn't activate any service.

    Point 2.

    I'm not getting current balance after the call, My amount was deducted without my knowledge.

    Point 3.

    Regarding this issue I have spoken to customer care on 26th Jan 2011, But I didn't get any response. He is not give proper response and not register the complaint, He simply disconnect the call. This is the way of responding your customer.

    Im having lot of problems in airtel service, Kindly give the explanation for below listed problems.

    1. Activating package without my knowledge and amount was deducted - I want to know how these service was activated.(the services which i never ever require Ex.jobs,jokes ect)
    2.there is no solution to any of the complaint i have given to airtel(5 times complaint)
    3. There is no response from customer care - and customer care people never ever cared for customers and insluding the supervisiors didn't take the proper action to any of the complaint
