i had been taken new sim of idea(prepaid plan) numbered-9657316165 on 23 rd jan 2011 n the next day itself i.e 24 th jan 2011 services like jokes n indiatimes (news portral) got started even though i hvent subscribed for it. then after i called to customer care n executive too was like pathetic and he did said tht u would hvebeen activated it, can i just know??????????
Is cellular company has been given all freedom to work on their own and make their own rules and regulations
Is consumer itself whose being paying for these services fairly dont hve any kind of right.....?????????
i m really sorry but its being hasty with every private n/w.................
i really wish i 'll get some expected response from concern authority..............
pls concern over the issue.........as soon as possible.
