Airtel has deducted Rs. 119/- from my prepaid account. I am using Airtel prepaid mobile service from last 4 years. My mobile no. is 09931547197.
In month of Jan.2011 airtel has deducted Rs. 119/- from my prepaid account for activating Toystory3 game & Airtel mobile TV.
Inspite of sending 'unsub' massege on 54321. They had activated Airtel Mobile TV twice on my handset & for that they charge me Rs.10/- each time.
They also charge me Rs. 99/- for activating Toystory3game on my handset. Without any subscription, they are activating these services & deducting money from my main balance.
Please do needfull.
