    Hello,

    I am Sudhir residing in Bangalore with mobile number 7760703000. My email is sudhir3078@gmail.com.

    Summary of issues for which now I am going to consumer court since highest authority of escalation in Airtel also not able to resolve issues:

    1. 30TH DEC, 2010 SERVICES WAS BARRED WITHOUT CUSTOMER INFORMATION, SERVICES RESTORED AFTER ESCALATION ON 31ST DEC, 2010

    2. GPRS WAS DEACTIVATED on 30TH DEC, 20101 AND AGAIN CALLS MADE TO CUSTOMER CARE TO GET IT ACTIVATED, AIRTEL CHARGED TWICE FOR GPRS ON 31ST DEC, 2010

    3. ESCALATION WAS DONE TO NODAL OFFICE, CALL FROM NODAL OFFICE (6TH JAN 2011) COMMITTING THAT THE SAME WILL NOT REPEAT

    4. SECOND TIME CALLS WERE BARRED/ ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED AT 9 PM ON 6TH JAN 2011, WITHOUT INFORMING CUSTOMER, RESTORED ON ABOUT 3 PM ON 7TH JAN AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS AND ESCALATION

    5. GPRS AGAIN DEACTIVATED ON 6TH JAN, 2011 AND MULTIPLE CALLS , ESCALATION SORT THE ISSUE ON 11TH JAN, 2011 COMMITTING SAME WILL NOT REPEAT.

    6. ESCALATIONS TO APPELLATE OFFICE ONLY GOT APOLOGY AND REGRET NOTHING ELSE

    7. CALL FROM APPELLATE OFFICER HAMSA CAME ON 24TH JAN, 2011, CALL GOT DISCONNECTED IN BETWEEN AND OFFICER DID NOT CALLED BACK,

    8 GPRS AGAIN DEACTIVATED WITHOUT INFORMING CUSTOMER ON 24TH JAN, 2011, SPOKE TO CUSTOMER CARE FLOOR MANAGER BALA WHO INFORMED SAME WILL BE ACTIVATED IN FEW MINUTES, NOTHING HAPPENED TILL NOW, MORE THAN TWO HOURS ALREADY PASSED

    9. CALL MADE TO APPEILLATE OFFICE, THEY INFORMED THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR CAUSING TROUBLE TO CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE AND ALSO NOT READY TO PROVIDE ANY COMPENSATION OR COMMITMENT OF ACTION IF SAME REPEATS.

    10. AIRTEL CHARGES CUSTOMER MULTIPLE TIMES FOR GPRS EVEN WHEN IT IS NOT ACTIVE, TWICE ON 31ST DEC, 2010, ONCE ON BOTH 7TH AND 10TH JAN, 2011.

    THE GPRS IS STILL NOT ACTIVE AT THE MOMENT OF WRITING THIS EVEN THOUGH BOTH FLOOR MANAGER AND APPELLATE OFFICER SAID THEY WILL ACTIVATE THE SAME.

    Default complaint against air tel service

    sir,

    My name is Mr. pradip kumar naik.I am from keonjhar,orissa.My uncle name is Mr. Ugrasen naik.he is the user of airtel service.His mobile no. is 9777855134.he has activated DND service since april, 2011.But according to the customer care executive ,a phone call from the airtel service came on 5.7.2011.Due to this call Rs.200 deducted.when i inquired about it.I found that a hello tune is activated for 1 year.The point to be noted that after activation of DND service a call
    from airtel service came on my uncle mobile and it was the cause of deduction of Rs.200 .After consulting about the problem by the customer care executive,we got only Rs.50.The fault was made by the company.they gave a service call in spite of activation of DND service.For company fault ,we were suffering.we lost our money.


    Therefore,i request you kindly take some action for the forgery of airtel mobile service.

    Default Complaint against mobile 9980878725

    Dear Sir,
    I had a corporate connection for my airtel number 9980878725. I changed the ownership in June from me to my wife, and so the plan also changed. Initially my mobile internet plan was 1 gb download free per month , for Rs 98. After the ownership change, the internet plan was automatically changed to a stupid plan in which for the first month there was 1 gb download free, and then from second month onwards it has very very costly tariffs. This change of internet plan was done without any notice to me. I was under assumption that my internet plan is still 98 rs per month plan. Due to this, my september month bill was a mammoth Rs 6000.00 for only internet usage of 387 mb. For just 387 mb, i was charged Rs 6000. What kind of stupid plan is this? Also, how can my plan be changed automatically to such a costly plan without any notice? This is very disappointing.

    I have made the payment as such for my bill, thinking that I might have used large data. But now that I know that I was charged rs 6000 for just 387 mb, I want to complain against this and want my money to be refunded.

    I am receiving Fake Calls, Abusive Messsage, Disturbing continuously by sending messages. Kindly wants to complaint about this Mobile Number.
    I don’t know who is he. But he irritates me a lot by calling and messaging.
    According to my info. This in Reliance Mobile No and Belongs from Thane or Mumbai.
    Here is the mobile number- +91 7666372279.
    I hope that my complaint will resolve soon by Consumer Court.

    Default balence lost

    my name is vijin,my mobile number is 9567061203. I already activated message offer of daily pak. And there airtel informed that when we messaging before the last two sms they will inform it by sms... But when i messeging there dont get any sms as early told so i cant able to identify my sms ofr will over... After i message then the balance will be reduced up to 1.66 ps... Kindly bring bake my balance bake...

    Default Unfair means of looting to my recharge amount

    Dear Sir, I am very sorry to state that your services are third class and you are making your customers fool. Without any intimation or activation of any service, you start debiting the amount from the users mobile phone which is really shameful and punishable. I have recharged my mobile No. 8974242554 on 04 Nov 11 for Rs. 150/- and after recharge as on today I might have made not more than 07 calls not exceeding 02 minutes per call. When I checked my balance today, it is showing 60.45 which is not understood. Who has given you authority to debit the amount from someone's sim without any intimation. I tried to contact your customer care through my mobile but great people are sitting over their with great ideas. They do not take any such call. The moment I land there and start narrating my grievances, the call immediately gets disconnected and thereafter despite repeated trial also it is never possible to take to your customer care representative. If you can not satisfy your customer, please change my service provider from airtel to Reliance other wise I am going to sue on this. I want to get rid off from your third class services. Expecting early reply.
