hi ths s karthik frm tiruchengode am using nokia 2690 model my number 7708368778 and my mble internet is not connecting properly mostly the connection fails while opening itself already I complained two to five times in a month itself my complaint number cgpsc 30720550936 , instead of solving the query they had blocked my calls to customer care, this s highly embarrassing. , wat the hell s this den how the customer will trust u , hope u clear my problems ..

Dear Sir,
My mobile no is 8968865923 and my handset is Nokia express music 5800. I am using Mobile internet 1 GB pack (98/-). I got my phone recharged on 29 July 2012 with 98/- with 1 GB. On 30th July 2012i got a msg from Airtel that my account will be activated with 1 GB and Rs 98 will be deducted from my call balance. And they did the same. So Technically i have 2 GB of internet when i only wanted 1 GB. My problem is not over yet. Since July 29th, every time i use net on my laptop either via bluetooth/ USB cable..money from my main balance get deducted for the time i use the net. I have already lost 400/- since last one week. I tried to speak on 198 but somehow,the facility of speaking to Customer care doesn't exist. I have written a mail on mail AIRTEL website but i didn't get any reply.
Now i have come across this forum. and believe me , this is my last try...please reply affirmative as early as possible to maintain my faith in AIRTEL..

I got a new post paid connection from Airtel Relationship centre in JP Nagar Bangalore. First, it took one week to get the number activated after registering complaints with "198" customer service number. After a week of following up and shouting, they activated the connection but the number to my surprise has been changed.
Why does airtel give an option of choosing post paid number when at the end of the day it just throws a number at you? Now, i receive sms related to some unknown name Kiran. Is it another way of harassing the customers to stay away from Airtel?? I call up 198 customer call in number and willing to speak to supervisor and was put on hold for 15 mins just to get an answer that all of them are busy.
I need justification for the delay in providing activation as well after activation the number being changed from 9740900897 to 9740988897 (which looks like was earlier registered to some unknown name"kiran")

My cell No.(residential) is 9740738337, pre paid.
Pre paid amount is being charged without making any calls. Some times Rs.30 to 40 gets charged though the calls are not made from the phone. This is a routine process which I have observed recently. It appears that this is happening since long. Charging unnecessarily amounts to cheating and deceiving which has to be veiwed very seriously.
I may be provided with the call details from Jan 2011 to till date.

After posting the above post, I am receiving calls from Airtel customer everyday, saying my number (7760703000) is displayed as Airtel customer care number which is wrong. I get this calls odd hours of day night as everyone thinks its Airtel complain office number.
I raised the concern with Airtel but no relief came from there, kindly help its causing me too much problem as I get this calls even everyday and atleast 5-8 calls daily.
trying to call the customer excecutive for the last 3 days to unsubscribe one value added service....if at all they pick ladies who doesnot knw english vl b answering and god knws wat they say...plzzzz try to be responsible
