    Hi Airtel Customer Service Team,
    I am Archana, having an airtel connection with number 9731109513 since last one year. many times i faced problems with this network even in recharging as well as unexpected balance deduction etc. All that time i considered those issues as negligible and left it just like that. this time its the heights my patience. Now they have interrupted my services to my number stating that the documents which i had produced has not sufficient it seems. once after all the verification only they offered their services to the above mentioned number and immediately what made them to come to a conclusion like this. their inconvenient service is literally making my days hell as am job seeker this phone number is one most important medium of contact. I had faced the same problem one year back and somehow I found the regional managers number and he corrected the issue within another 2 hours. And just for talking regarding the issue i went to the airtel care in kamanahalli opposite to empire hotel and worst thing was the man who suppose to help treated me as if i had made a big mistake and flaws in the service is an out come of that. I am completely fed up with this connection and got completely untrustworthy by the way they treat their customer. Kindly you look into the issue asap .

    Hi Airtel Team,

    My number is barred on Thursday and Friday and
    Saturdays are off days for airtel office. So I cannot able to submit the documents on that days. Today I went to Airtel point in Fazer Town branch and I called 121 for seeking the reason of barring,then i got a reply like this "you submitted incorrect documents,so that this number cannot able to given you again" .And the number is sold to some one else also. You understand one thing I'm using this number from last one year,then why the hell your are in these one year.In these one year my documents are not correct??. Once after all the verification only they offered their services to the above mentioned number and immediately what made them to come to a conclusion like this. Their inconvenient service is literally making my days hell as am job seeker this phone number is one most important medium of contact.
    At any cost I want that number if you are not able to give the connection back please gimme the port number for the above number, ill switch to some other service. If these kind of response again from your side Ill publish this thing in all public forums with help of my hundred's friends and help of social networking media.

    I am fed up with airtel customer care.
    They people are useless.

    They are not trained enough to resolve a minor problem.

    As I am suffering from a problem with I have discussed 1000times n complained, that I am receiving Messages from

    "AD-Retailer"

    50 SMS Per day

    None of listening me.

    Pls respond ASAP.

    Default Airtel Prepaid Mobile tariff changed without info

    Dear Sir,
    My name is P.Gokul. I am Using Airtel Prepaid Number +91 9840975205 for the past five Years. The plan was 39ps to Airtel mobile and 59 paise to other Mobiles when I purchase the service. The same service got extended till May 2012. But, During Oct 2011 , my Plan was automatically changed to 60 Paise to all the mobiles without any confirmation from me. I have contacted the Customer Support and dint get any proper response. They just informed me the plan was closed.

    Till last week , I got the call charges as 60 Paise per call. Now , from last week , the tariff got changed and I am charged for 1 Rupee per call to all mobiles. This also done without any prior notification and without any confirmation from end. This totally frustates me and I am unable to speak to Customer Support also. When I try 198 , the call is always waiting and no one picking up. After much frustration I am writing this mail hoping I will get my old plan back.

    I donot understand , why the tariff is getting changed without any confirmation from the Customer. This totally spoils the Trust and faith on the service which Customer have on the company.
