Subject: Complain of inconvenience caused because of Reliance GSM No. 9555102149

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to draw your kind attention that I have purchased new GSM prepaid connection of Reliance (9555102149) on 05/06/2009 (10.30am). Incoming call is activate from beginning but Outgoing Call Services is barred from your end while I had already recharge with a top up voucher of Rs. 46.

While making an Outgoing Call the message comes that Number Barred.
Also on switch on the mobile The SIM is showing 40’H, ME Error.

I had called reliance customer care around nine times, they are always saying that the problem will be resolved soon.

On 5th June (morning) they told that problem will resolve in 2 to 4 hours but in the evening they are saying that it will take 24 hours. On 6 June they are saying that it will take 72 hours to resolve the problem.

I am calling the customer care from 5th June 2009 but they had registered my complain on 6th June 2009 around 1:00 pm. They had given me the complain no. : 99931582 but they are not much sure about the rectification of the problem. They are always saying that the problem will be resolved soon.

I had also mailed twice the problem to the concerned authorities but no response was given.

Because of all above problem I am unable to make an Outgoing Call.
Due to these problems I am facing lot of inconveniences. My family members are unable to be in touch with me. Me and my family members are mentally tortured due to all these.
I am also facing a lot of problems in business point of view.

Please kindly pay attention to the above matter considering the problem i am facing because of negligence and improper way of handling the customers by Reliance Communications Limited.
