    Default Airtel is Becoming a Pain to the Customers

    Hello,

    This is Dushyant Sapra from rewari a customer of Airtel with number-9896438023.This is second time in few days i am writing to you. This is the 4th time you guys have deducted my balance by activating an unknown scheme on my number. This time you have activated scheme name "Voice Chat" and have deducted a sum of Rs10 from my account.That's not all, i have lost Rs4 in talking with yours customer care executive.

    considering to my previous experience with Airtel, I can say that you guys have found a new way to earn money by robbing from peoples account.

    In the end, I request you guys to maintain some dignity, stop doing this small fraud to yous customers . And finally i want my money back from you..

    Question proving unknown services at their will

    hello
    this is ajay kumar and my mobile no is 9896832235.i have many problems but the recent one is thaton 25 oct u deducted 80 rupees balance from my account.when i send msg on 121 they told me for subscription of msg and i checked whether i got a call or msg from ur side but nothing i received and u deducted 80 rupees just like that and my balance was zero.now i contacted the customer care regarding that they said another reason of downloading full audio and they their way of talking was pathetic.it din't seem they are employees of international brand.
    Previously also u activated shirdi sai baba msgs at ur will,but those times i neglected that bcoz of small amounts.but this time it is intolerable.i spent 8 minutes talking to airtel customer care but their response was totally negative.

    As many facilities are there to join other servive providers without changing nos. I am happy with network but these persistent problems are unbearable.u please checkout history if i have done anything like that.if problem is on ur part atleast accept that .who has this much ample time to do this.i want a solution to my problem as soon as possible.
