    Post Complaint Against AIRTEL for debiting my money

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Name :- A.Ananda Raja
    No :- 98941 20515


    I am registering my complaint for that Airtel service provider debiting my account on daily basis with out my knowledge, even though i made a complaint to airtel customer care they confirmed that sir, "Your Number have not registered for any other Service is Active", what ever the amount debited we will reimburse u

    But 3 weeks gone, they are debiting me continuously per day they debiting Rs.4 or 5 . i request u to please check my number, sure u will know

    And i Believe that will take some necessary action will take against Airtel

    Dear Ananda Raja,

    I have read your complaint & feel very sad that still many people defrauded by Airtel.Many people who are my friends,relatives & even myself face the same thing from airtel prepaid in Kolkata.They are deducting money illegally & even confirm that service or subscription is not activaed by you but after that finally you will not get any resolution from them neither wrongly deducted money nor co-operation.

    I don't understand how they (airtel) do this day after day without facing any problem/protest ? What they think about themself ? are they only mobile service provider in India ? They do anything with normal people ? Is our money easy or black money ? Airtel should know 1 thing that they are exist only because we do, we use them for our purposes, if we stop to use airtel then they will useless.

    If this thread read by TRAI people then I would request them that please do some immediate action against these fraudulent activities of airtel.Also request to consumer court's member that please take some necessary legal step against these fraudulent activities.

    Dear Rakesh,

    Thanks for contacting me but there is no use.i got call from Airtel (9971110802) they told me we are debiting ur account towards Hello tunes, for that reason only we are debiting weekly once.I told them to call my no and asked whether u are any hello tunes ?, they said "NO" it shows message of Airtel makes customer fraud even also i made complaint very clearly u are debiting every day.

    they said sorry sir we will reimburse your debited amount with in 48 hours but no issue still debiting........,

    if the problem not solved reply me frankly Don't call and give wrong commitment
