Airtel prepaid online recharge still not topped up..

I had recharged my prepaid Airtel no. 9560846650 through ICICI net banking for Rs.100/- on 19 Jan 2011 and after sometime I got an sms stating it has been recharged successfully for Rs.88/- however when I checked the balance I was surprised to find out the amount was not topped up.

I tried calling the customer care several times today about this but I was put on hold for so long and no one came on the line to attend to my complaint. Is Airtel stooping down so low to make a few bucks from its loyal customers as we are charged Rs.0.50 every 3 mins for talking to customer care and I was charged Rs.1.00 for being put on hold for 6 mins without even talking to anyone.

Can anyone tell me how I can resolve this issue and get my mobile recharged with the amount already paid?
