I have been an Airtel Subscriber for 8 years now.
I was traveling overseas and exceeded my credit limit. Made a part payment and was waiting to receive the bill to validate my calls and make the balance payment. I informed Airtel about this. Guess what they suspended my account even before i got the bill.
I made a mobile banking payment out of no choice because the payment gateway on their site is faulty and gave them the transaction number out of no choice even before validating my bill which I hadnt received. My phone has been off for 3 days inspite of continuous promises from the Airtel call center of 4 hr SLAs over the last 72 hrs.
I am holding the airtel line for the next 4 hrs (their nth final 4 hrs). I want to file a case against them for False promises and SLAs inspite of receiving the money from me which now reflects in their accounts. I asked for call backs but their manager was too busy with Internal meetings probably to review customer satisfaction. Wonder if they now know how to handle a live case.
Thanks to this some of my important customers havent been able to connect with me and has lead to customer dissatifaction and loss of transactions which are extremely valuable. Apart this has caused me a lot of personal agony.
They really know how to convert a loyal subscriber to a dissatisfised customer.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AIRTEL. IS MR. MITTAL LISTENING DOES IT MATTER?
