I am,Amey Dargude,i have a TATA INDICOM CDMA prepaid connection.
i recharged for a spcl TATA to TATA unlimited calling plan with 30 day validity on 5th Jan. After that soon my plan was migrated to 1paise/sec plan without my knowledge and without any notification to me from their side. on 10th i realized when my balance was nill. i registered a complaint on 10th and i was told that i would get my plan in 48 hours. Its 19th Jan today and yet i their has been no progress. Every time i have to call up the call center and repeat the whole story. Please suggest a solution. also i would like to file a case against them in consumer court,please would u be kind enough to tell me the procedure.
