This is Tayag Sunil Rajan. I am a Vodafone prepaid user (No. 9833991936) I am using this number since 4 years. On 06th Jan 2011 I got a message to submit my documents at Vodafone gallery so I submitted my Pan Card copy and Electricity bill which is in my name at Vodafone Store Goregaon (E) on 11th Jan 2011 and got the acknowledgement on the photocopy of the form and the Vodafone executive told me that my card will be get activated within 2 Business days but it did not happened so I again went to the same Vodafone store on 14 Jan 2010 and resubmitted my documents, Youe Vodafone Executive Arjun Gupta said that they has logged a complain to resolve the issue and gave me a reference number – 151639633. But till now my number is not activated.


I have attached the acknowledgement copy of submission of my documents
