i registered for DO NOT DISTURB service on 12-11-2010. i got an reply from customer care saying that, my request has been accepted and they would take 45 days to deactivate it. Today is 18-1-2011, still the request is not acted upon. Now, when i call the costumer care service, they say that such is request is not marked in my account. They are asking me to re-register and wait for another 45 days. Because of the caller tune call, i lost my telephonic interview and a job. Costumer care is supposed to help me out, but is creating a nuisance.
