    Post compleant for airtel mobile servises

    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that I have taken a Postpaid Airtel Connection from Ananta RB Associates, G-1, Ganpati tower, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur; meanwhile I was mentally harassed & pressurized by your company employees and authorized airtel Store whose name is written over.

    The Details of the Case is as follows :

    1. I have applied for a airtel postpaid connection at Ananta RB Associates, G-1, Ganpati tower, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
    2. I have submitted all my required documents at Ananta RB Associates, G-1, Ganpati tower, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
    3. I have also submitted a Letter given my employer named ICICI Prudential Ltd, Prestige Tower, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
    4. It is clearly mention in the said letter that the billing address of the connection will be at E-301, Prestige Tower 3rd floor, Amrapali Circle, Vaishali Nagar.
    5. It was also mentioned in the letter that Billing Liability will be in the name of employee.
    6. The Documents submitted by me are as follows :
    1. Company Letter head
    2. PAN Card Copy
    3. Copy of Bank Statement
    4. Employer I Card
    6. Apart from all these the connection was applied on dated 15-12-2010 meanwhile it was activated on the same date.
    7. The Connection was interrupted and unactivatecd by Airtel during the first 15 days. The same was reactivated by Airtel after lodging a complian by me at the same Airtel store.
    8. The same was disconnected by Airtel on dated 4-01-2011 at 09.39 PM.
    9. I have lodged a complain to Customer Care for the same (Complain No. - 35182461).
    10. But the query was duly not considered.
    11. I meet mr. Dinesh for my queries at the same Airtel Store, he demanded for giving 24 hours time to resolve the problem. .
    12. after more than 48 hours I went to them again but mr. Vijendra told that I am a TL for this Airtel Store and I will resolve your query, we have wrongly activated the connection in name of Company so the FI is in negative; due to this connection has been deactivated. He taken my documents again and also assured me that the connection will be reactivated in 24 hours. also given me a mobile No. (8769444220) for contract if it will not resolve. The same no. when I tried it is always not in coverage Area.
    13. On Dated 10-01-2011 I again visited the same Airtel Store but now they have crossed all the boundaries of Humanity.
    14. I requested with those to return my all documents and Security but they talked with me in a very rudly manner, talk with me in a very abusing & harass language. Also take me out side the Store and has done physical fight with me.
    15. They (Mr. Vijendra, Mr. Rahul & Mr. Dinesh) also told me that do what ever u want and we will not give u the money & documents back
    16. Then I went to Airtel Head Office at Sunny House, C- Scheme, Jaipur.
    17. A guard over there have arranged to talk with 4-5 persons but no satisfactory answer has been taken.
    18. Mr. Ashish Nayar (Territory Manager for Ananta RB Associates, G-1, Ganpati tower, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur) assured me that the No. will be reactivated by evening and assured me to give compensation for all this mental and physical disputes between Ananta RB Associates, also assure me to take action against him.
    19. But Still no action has been taken by any one of the company officials.
    20. I got mentally disturbed and my valuable time & Money has been devoted due to this discrepancies of services on companies head.
    21. I have to contract with my all customers on Mobile phone as I am also working in a service industry but due to this I was unable to contact with my customers and I got financial loss due to this.

    Apart from all this this a discrepancies on the part of company as they billed my bill on employer's name while it was clearly mention in the letter.

    I need a compensation for all these mental & financial loss and a proper disciplinary action must be taken against all who is responsible in this.

    As a customer looking for a valuable feedback and resolving my grievance.
