    Angry deficient service from Relaince

    I am with Reliance Mobile since 2003. Number is 9324962332. Registered for dnd and have taken a jodi offer. I was promised free calls form my existing number to the new gsm number 7666820108. I complained about the charge and I was promised that the problem would be rectified. I have not recieved any advice about the same. I keep recieveing pesky call and messages making offers. I have complained about this several times and the problem has not stopped.
    On 3rd December 2010, I met with a road accident near Chiplun, injuring my foot badly and had to stay in a hotel for the night. There I discovered that my outgoing call on my local number were disabled. The recorded message told me that my phone was now prepaid and I needed to have it chraged. I called my wife and asked her to charge with Rs 100. I was still not able to make the outgoing calls. I was later informed that I needed to pay Rs. 50 first to reactivate the facility and only then I'd be able to use the phone. I had taken a new connection in Bangalore and was asked if I would like to disable the phone for three months that I'd be in Bangalore, to which I agreed so I could save on the monthly rental. I was told I could do it easily. I
