Sir i am ganpati kumar Dubey and i tame a reliance gsm number recently. I submitted my paper and my service is started. but from some days my number is resume.
my mobile number is 9555439270. When i contact to customer care then he says you document is not submitted. So i again submit my related document. But i am surprise that
my service is not activated during two days. If you are not able to activate my service then i will go to consumer court. thanks.

I checked net through about the sms pack, I got this Pack which is below
I activate Monthly Pack /Rs 25 500 SMS/day 30 days, But my balance deducted 30rupees, & no smspack was acivated, I called reliance customer care, One lady was talking with me and she said let me conform with my senior she put on me hold for half on hour, There is no reply, So don`t use gsm reliance its worst and don`t check any plan about reliance gsm in the net,

Sir i am RACHIT RASTOGI and got a reliance gsm number on 15th april 2012. I submitted my paper and my service is started. but from 25th april 2012 my number was blocked without any prior information.
My mobile number is 7827889244. After so many hassel i was able to contact customer care on 29 april 2012 they asked for resubmitting the document as my photo was not clear on the previous documents. So i again submited my related documents on 5th april . But i am surprised that still after 4 days my service is not activated . i had got my no. recharged with Rs.799 (unlimited plan for one month) on 18th april 2012 & my time is running out day by day.

I would be grateful if someone can help me out of this issue...

I am Susmita Sarkar , I am using reliance prepaid service of yours. Yesterday i have recharged a sms pack of rs-39 however, its not yet activated in my a/c. & its deducting my balance, I have called several times to your customer care nobody have taken the responsibility to short this out & then i myself again go to that mobile shop & that boy have shown me the recharge successful sms ...i am very upset with reliance.

Please do the needful & please activate the sms pack as soon as possible & refund the money if possible.
