I am a customer of Loop Mobile. Recently i had received bill for the month April-May 09 including Special SMSs (52 nos) of Rs.3 each, which i had never sent.

I had visited their Thane office on 25 May 09 to rectifiy the same.However they refuse to do so and again redirected me to their Mahim office.

Meanwhile i also tried to log a complaint about wronge billing to their Call Center, but i they had refused to do so.

Finally, last Saturday, 30 May, i personally went to Mahim office and given written application about Special SMS charges billed for the month of April-May09.

After filing written complained i was told to wait till next Monday to receive a call from their executive.

So yesterday, i got a call from their office saying that SMSs has been sent from your Mobile No (9821195355) only.You have to pay for the same.Further, they also informed me that SMS service has been deactivated for My Mobile no.

This is very irritating that i am billed for Special SMSs(52 N0s, Rs.3 each) which I had never sent from my Mobile.

Request you to look into the above matter and guide me as to how should i go ahead to resolve this issue.
