Respected Sir, I have your Airtel Prepaid Subscriber of past 05years and 15 days before
My prepaid mobile connection was not worked and due to reason showing the screen “SIM REGISTRATION FAILED & EMERGECY” at the same I had contact your customer care centre they are told me,you want submit your address and Identification proof with one photograph.. but at a time I cannot submit for documents. Because I was admit the Ramachadra Hospital, CHENNAI and some treatment purpose.
And yesterday I went to your “AIRTEL Relationship Centre”Karollbagh,Newdelhi along with documents..
But they are refused my request and they are told me, Your Service Number 9818221516 is
Totally closed and again cannot reactivate to you.
I was shocked, because in the long time (aprox05yrs)I have used this number and my all communication with that number… so kindly request to please Re active my 9818221516
Number for your kind consideration..
And I had apply the complaint through your nodal officer addresses and airtel.in on 05Jan’11
But at a till no responsibly in your part.
Hence, I decided to lead Legal action through Consumer Court against to you, if you not reply
Before 24 hrs… After that will be meet consumer court with PIL as per court of LAW.

Unlawful deductions made by Airtel Authorities from my prepaid balance I am Dr. Shikha Sikri resident of Ferozepur City, Punjab. I am user of Airtel Prepaid connection No.9878784448. Recently I am having lot of problems regarding deduction of amount from my balance without any information and without my permission. I was surprised when the customer care executive was unable to clarify the reason for such erroneous deductions, which is a clear harassment for a customer. I just wanted to know the detail of the amount deducted from 15-March-20011 to 15-April-2011and the valid reason for such deductions. I have subscribed for Internet service and separately paying for that service. After talking to customer care executive and by seeing his helplessness in the matter, it’s clear that now Airtel authorities are making money by unlawful deductions from their customer’s balance and by doing all this Airtel is proving to be the worst service provider in Punjab.
It is entirely an administrative error through which these unlawful deductions are made. The intention of the airtel authorities is to just grab the money by what ever means.
I request you to enquire into the matter and resolve the matter at the earliest.

Refund of Talk Time and Internet Balance Hello Sir,
I have been using Airtel GSM Service since 3 years. Everytime and whenever asked for document verification I submitted genuine one. But last month I was again asked to submit my documents. And I did as asked for. But the day after I submitted the documents my outgoing was blocked. However it was resumed after a week, but all my talktime approx Rs.43.00 and Internet Balance of about 850 MB were gone. I made a call to the customer care and I was assured to be refunded with the same within 15 days. After 15 days, I again made a call and was informed that the refund will be done very shortly. Then after 7 days I again made a call and as before I was again assured that it will be done very shortly, but this time I am informed that I won't get my Internet Balance refunded. Now Sir, this is injustice. and till today I haven't yet been refunded my Talk Time also.
Please Help.

Unjustified withdrawal from my prepaid account Dear Sir,
I am Vijay from Bangalore and have used Airtel prepaid services for the past 2 years. And during this time I have seen Several big and small deductions from my prepaid account. At home I use bsnl Internet for my phone. I never use the Airtel Internet whether at home or outside the home. In spite of that, last year I was charged Rs. 300 In one day. I lodged a complaint with customer service but this issue was never resolved. Last week from April 29 till today may 3rd, I total of Rs.200 have been deducted from my account. I have been very disappointed with Airtel and am planning to switch to another Carrier. My Prepaid phone number is 9740605181.
