    Default AIRTEL Cheating prepaid customers

    Hi

    This is to inform you that Airtel prepaid mobility service is operating a big fraud. For the past 2 month I had noticed sudden balance deduction from my account (mobile no- 9611903000) to the tune of 25-30 Rs from my account every 15-20 days. I ignored it first couple of times but when it happened a third time then I became alarmed.
    On 4th Jan it happened a 3rd time and within a matter of 10 minutes 25 rs were deducted from my account and I received a message “Lat message cost 5 Rs” 5 times within 10 mins.
    I called up Airtel customer care on 121 and raised a complaint with the number CBDCC30104043685 and waited patiently for resolution. I got no reply for a week and when I called up 121 again today I was told that the complaint has been resolved – without intimation to me!!!! I was told this is being deducted as I am sending international sms’s from my number.
    I told the floor manager Mr Mohd Raziq that there is some mistake as I never sent any international sms but he was rude and adamant and said that his system says so.
    I requested him to be reasonable and listen to me and reopen this complaint as there seems to be something wrong but he was very rude and told me to go to hell and he will not reopen this request.

    It is indeed very sad to see a market leader like Airtel to sink to such low levels to earn revenue to deduct cheatingly from customer’s balance. And also hire such uncaring and rude customer service guys.
    Request you to look into this ASAP and return my stolen prepaid balance and punitive damages.
    I am happy that MNP is here so I can now explore the option of going to Idea cellular and escape Cheater Airtel services.
