    Angry unauthorised balance deduction

    respected sir,
    From my cell no. 9571753240 which is airtel prepaid connection. On 29 dec there was a sudden balance deduction of rs.158.70 from my cell regarding internet browsing which i was not doing. When i called up the customer care officer they were unable to solve the problem saying tht i`m still browsing the net , i was unable to understand that how can i browse net while calling. after that call my balance was again deducted from rs.1253 to rs.606. i switched off my cell and next morning when i switched it on only rs. 40 were left. since than i`m callling daily to the appellete officer but every day they disconnect saying they will call tommorow. one of them said they can give rs. 200 as goodwill but i refused saying i want full amount , after that they said its in their hand and they can give any amount they want but now as i`ve refused they will not even refund rs. 10 as goodwill.

    i`m very annoyed from this kind of behaviour from airtel and i want to get my balance back. kindly look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
