I have reliance CDMA prepaid mobile and my number is 9312302383. I recharged for Rs. 79 for night free calling (reliance to Reliance). But when I used it my balance get deducted against it. I have sent many complaints at customercare@relianceada.com but did not get any solution from there. Before that also they used to activate services which I have never asked for and start deducting money. i called up many times at their customer care number *369 but every time they said the system is not working so you call later.
I am irritated with their service. Please look in to the matter.
