I had taken a corporate connection in the name of suraj battery services the total number of connection was 50..i had also taken 2 premium numbers which were included in theses 50 numbers 9768155555 & 9768404444
Aircel took 10000 / RS as a premium number charge for both the premium numbers.
everything was fine until in the month of september when we diconnected all the numbers except these 2 numbers
in the month of november aircel disconected my both these premium numbers stating that i need to pay additional 15000 for the premium number charge after 6 months
what about my 10000 which i paid upfrontly for these numbers?
i tried to escalate this matter to nodal and also to appellate of aircel MR. madan Bajpai but they are not even educated and courtious enough to respond
