Security Deposit Not Refunded by Airtel I had given a request for discontinuation of my Airtel Mobile No. 7760118760 with effect from 4th November 2010. I was told by Airtel Customer Care that my security deposit of Rs. 300/- that I paid while taking connection would be refunded with 45 days. But till now I have not got any cheque from their side nor I have received any reply to my email regarding this.
I request you to kindly take strict and immediate action against them so that they do not harass customers like this,in the future.
