Myself Upendra Gupta, I purchase a Micromax mobile, which model is Gravity X600 on 31/08/2010. After purchasing this set work properly for 2 month and after that it show problem like sometime screen will blur, battery problem, it's call ending key is not working. After such more problem i went to their service center but they send me to L-2 level service center, but again they send me to L-1 level service center. When next time i went to L-1 service center they told me that i will rectify only call ending key problem for rest of the problem you should go other service center and it will take nearly 2 month.So kindly look into my matter seriously
