VOX Mobile Service Sir,
I am Harish from bagalore, 6 months back i purchased 1 vox mobile through times of india add. actually that mobile was having some problem so i called up to service center no. they told to give for servicing in bangalore. so i gave that day for servicing after 1 month he told their is spares for so send to Delhi according to his information i sent that on 12/10/2010. till now i didnt received my mobile.. i called to that service center no. they are not picking up the cal. actually before sending my mobile i called them they gave all guidance to me to send ... and i have bill, DOA copy (which is given by bangalore service center), Reg. Post Docket No.,IMEI no., service center address and phone no's....
please help me to get my mobile ................

worst service I purchased vox mobile VGS509 from homeshop18 one year back.But its handsfree was not working well & only after 5 months the display of mobile disappeared.I called so many times to tell them about the problem but they did not entertained the problem. Any how I tried to get it repaired at Kolkata & Mumbai but could not suceed anywhere & now the mobile is waiting to go in waste bin. Extremely sad about vox mob. to waste my money.
