Hi,

On 6.1.2013 Docomo deducted Rs. 25/- towards a service which i never had subscribed for.

When i called 121 to register my complaint, there was no option available for talking with the customer care representative.

Also the online my account service stating that a "PIN has been sent on my Mobile no" but i havent yet received any PIN to use the My account service.

During last month also they deducted Rs. 17 towards for a service which i never had subscribed for.

Request to kindly look into the matter and credit back the unnecessary deduction at the earliest
