Airtel Customer Care Executives and Supervisors inactivity Hello
My number is: 9741714556
I am writing this complaint related to airtel service. Its one of the worst service provider now a days just because of its executives/supervisors.
I complained 4 days back regarding the unnecessary balance deduction from my number.
I called up customer care executives more than 15 times and i am not getting any response from there side. They are telling that that application is not working, server is down,its not updated and all such nonsense stuffs.
Supervisors are making there customers fool more than executives. they will tell that they will call up after 5 mins/10 mins and they are vanished.
What can a customer do?
I thought its a best place to register a complaint regarding such things,so i am posting it.
