Airtel Mobile Network Coverage issue Hi,
I have been using airtel connection for the past 8 years. I moved to Chennai-Medavakkam,Gayathri Nagar on September 2009 and have been facing the network coverage issue since then. I lodged a complaint in Sept 09' and no solution was given. Again I raised a complaint on Nov 2010 and still they have not done anything about it. Infact being a working professional I need to attend calls from my residence but because of this coverage issue my work is getting affected. Almost many residents in my area face the issue. No coverage within our premises. It is such a discouraging response from the customer service. I have almost waited for a year and more expecting them to resolve this issue. I would really appreciate if someone could respond and rectify this problem.

Thanks for the response. An airtel CSR visited the area today and took a survey and confirmed that the signal is very weak in this area. And he said he would update me in 2 days on what can be done about this. Like last time hope the issue is not left halfway through but should be taken to completion. I shall update the status in a couple of days in this forum.
