    Default Airtel Technical Problem

    Sir,

    I am fed up of Making Complaints to Airtel Delhi Customer Care

    My Airtel Number is 9958759580 and Suddenly from last 1 month i m not able to see last call cost balance on my screen after Making calls, Sending sms or usings GPRS.

    First I made a complaint they registered. My problem not solved again I called They given me another Complaint number and said it will be Solved by 3th Jan.

    Again No solution. If This is Not solved i have only waiting for the launch of MNP.

    Dear AIRTEL INDIA..


    Recently i had lost my mobile and currently the police is trying to to locate it back,, mean while i have got my same number as i needed it badly.


    But what i realize upon getting the new sim is that, all messages (doesnt matter from which telco - vodafone, airtel, etc..) all messages shows "MESSAGE DOWNLOADED" !!!
    ~thats it and nothing else!!


    First i thought it was my cell phone problem, but i have changed 3 different mobiles and its still the same!
    ~went to the same air-tel shop, and they guy who literally doesn't know anything was going around saying silly stuffs!!
    Lastly i called 121 and 198 and came to know its a "message technical problem" and i need to call the message center - +919815051914..
    BUT AMAZINGLY I AM CALLING SINCE LAST 2 DAYS AND ITS ALWAYS BUSY OR ON HOLD!!!


    CAN U PLEASE CLEAR THIS ISSUE!!
    It has been more than a month now, i am not able to read any messages from local, national or even international messages!!!
    ~hope it gets cleared ASAP or i will just need to change to another telco!!


    and yeah, also i keep getting this message that just appears on my screen -
    "DF A8'H, TEMPORARY ERROR OCCURRED. PLS TRY AGAIN"




    I am waiting for your response AIRTEL INDIA..

    P/S : I HAVE ALSO SUBSCRIBED TO DND (DO NOT DISTURB) FOR MORE THAN A MONTH NOW , BUT STILL I DO RECEIVE MESSAGES!!
    ~PLEASE DO SOMETHING, YOUR SERVICE IS GETTING FROM BAD TO WORSE~
