Dear Sir / Madam,

I have go my Nokia handset C3-000 few days back. I used airtel service with the phone. With Mobile Office configured in the phone, I download game "road to hell" from nokia OVI store's recommended section. It was mention free.

After my download was completed i got lots of messages. One of them mentioned that thank you for downloading T20 champagne league, and you are charged 75 INR for that. Another told that thanks for subscribing on "tadkalive" and i would get 5 day free trial and after that 20 rupees would be charged. If i want to unsubscribe I should send "STOP" TO 121. I sent this message many time and Airtel replies that there is no service subscribed.

For this 75 rupees I putted complaint thread on Nokia OVI discussion. But that thread was deleted by administrator and i got a message that I was charged for clicking and downloading something in the advertisements in that game. I am a engineer and M.Tech from IIT Bombay. I using computer and mobiles since last 10 year. I well understand where I am clicking and where not. I did not clicked anywhere and did not even played that game.

After that i contacted with Airtel. To be mentioned i talked to them in same evening and next morning. Every time they says that It would take four hours to update the information and then only they can talk about this. Like those four hour are starting whenever I am calling. I called them after 3 days. Now they are saying that I was charged for downloading some Java game but they are not able to name it. I am calling them by consuming my mobile balance. And they don't even find themselves responsible for 75 rupees deduction. And they don't find it necessary that my intimation should be taken before selling such a service, because as per them on the so called link (which i never clicked on) it was mentioned completely about charges.

For me Nokia OVI store and Airtel is a Cheating and Fraud combo. Specially Airtel dose not value consumer's money.
