    Angry Activation of mobile number 9933033033 which was de-activated by corrupted airtel

    It is intimated that I have purchased mobile number 99330 33033 with connection during the lauch at Gangtok in the year of 2005 (Jun 2005). It was regularly used by me since Jun 2005. But due to out of station during the period of 14 Nov 2010 to 7 Dec 2010, I could not able to use my mobile number 9933033033. I have last use my mobile (9933033033) on 13 Nov 2010 at 10.35 AM and last Reacharge of Rs 200.00 during the month of Oct 2010. My SIM or connection was for LIFE TIME (using Easy Life Time @ Rs 99.00 for 12 months recharged during Jul 2006 to Jun 2007) validity with minimum recharge of Rs 10.00 for SIX MONTH interval.


    It was noticed on 9th Dec 2010 that my Connection was disconnected. And then I have visited Airtel Relationship Center at Gangtok for inquary of REASONS for DE-ACTIVATION and to lodge complaint for activation. But it is very sad to intimate that the executives were not agreed to accept my complaints and not agreed to activate my mobile number 9933033033. I have also contact Airtel Relationship Centre at Park Street (Kolkata) to logde complain and to activate my mobile number 9933033033, but the Airtel Executives are not agreed to take complain as well as activate my mobile number 9933033033. I am Harrassing from the Airtel since 9th Dec 2010. I have complained at Customer Care, Nodal and Appellate of West Bengal Circle, but they are neither in position to ACTIVATE my mobile number nor even reply my E-mails. They are not bothered about Customer. I would request you to kindly take necessary disciplinary action against the above mentioned executives immediately.

    It is requested to intimate the REASONS for De-ACTIVATION due to non-use of 22 days (14th Nov 2010 to 07th Dec 2010) and under which clause/section of Rules and Regulations laid down by TRAI, Airtel has disconnected PERMANENTLY (as per Mr Sagar Parhi's E-mail dated 31st Dec 2010) within 22 days WITHOUT ANY REASONS and 05 years old connection.


    It is understood from Airtel Appellate Sagar Parhi's E-mail dated 31st Dec 2010 that my mobile number 9933033033 has been permanently disconnected due to non-recharge. This is the proof of Appellate misguiding customer and misconduct against the customer.

    In Appellate's previous E-mail, Appellate have written that my mobile number has been disconnected due to NON-USE. Now Appellate have written that disconnected due to NON-RECHARGE. It is clear from that Airtel Appellate have misguided customer. Airtel Appellate should have produced "written proof of NON-USE OF MOBILE CONNECTION MORE THAN THREE MONTHs and NON-RECHARGE within SIX MONTHs asper LIFE TIME validity conditions", otherwise I will suit a CASE OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES against Airtel Appellate (who have cheated me since 09 Dec 2010) at Kolkata High Court as well as Consumer's Forum.

    On 27 Dec 2010, during tele-conversation (from Mobile Number 9910039063) Airtel Appellate have assured the ACTIVATION OF MY MOBILE NUMBER in very short period. But now on 31 Dec 2010, Airtel Appellate (Shri Sagar Parhi) have written that my mobile number has permanently disconnected.

    You are requested to Order Airtel Authority to intimate the clause / section of Rules and Regulation laid down by TRAI under which my mobile number 9933033033 has been PERMANENTLY DE-ACTIVATED WITHIN 22 DAYS (14th Nov 2010 to 07th Dec 2010) and direct Airtel Appellate to produce WRITTEN PROOF OF NON-USE FOR MORE THAN THREE MONTHS and NON-RECHARGE OF MORE THAN SIX MONTHS as per TRAIs Rules and Regulations within SEVEN DAYS, otherwise I will suit A CASE OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, CHEATING , FORGERY & MISGUIDE TO CUSTOMER.


    It is further requested you to kindly order Airtel authority to ACTIVATE MY MOBILE NUMBER 9933033033 IMMEDIATELY to avoid further HARASSMENT from Airtels Corrupted Offrs.


    It is also intimated that I will surrender my DIGITAL TV and Airtel Connection 9007009797 on PROTEST against CHEATING for my mobile number 9933033033 DISCONNECTION and it will be published in the daily news like Telegraph, Anandabazar, Times of India.
