    Question Pathetic Customer Service - Reliance Data card

    Hi,

    It will be really great if some one help me with the procedure to file a law suit against Reliance communications, particularly on a web world. I have been suffering to get my name changed and it has been almost 3months. so far, i have visited the WEB WORLD which is in Jayanagar, bangalore for about 8 times and the staffs are so arrogant who has no courtesy to answer customer queries. I have registed 2 on-line complaints with customer care division and till now no response. Due to this i have lost my peace of mind (apart from the money i spent on transportation).

    I can not allow them to take me for ride. Please help me with the proceedings.

    Hello,

    Kindly provide us your full contact details with a valid email id, apart from this before going to consumer court you need to do some basic formalities which will strenghten your case in the court, just send a written notice via registered post to the parent company CMD and mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned period of 15-20 days. Wait for their reply and if still they will not solve your problem then contact us again with full details.
