They have the practice to deduct the balance from account i.e. simcard every month or quarter. They have also deducted an amount from my simcard as well as few of my colleagues. I had call in customer care certain times but they dont even have a time to solve our complain. They just know only to deduct our balances.
Now its up to you to get us saved from this Fraud by Reliance Communication.

Dear Sir,

Please discontinue CRBT service from my mobile no. 96818 27460 and credit my today's deduction of Rs.10/-. You guys even don't spare to earn Rs.10/- which these days we give to beggars. Please stop this nonsense of just sending one SMS and deduct charges on CRBT service. I have been telling for quite long time and fired left and right one day to your Customer Care executive when he promised to discontinue this service, but no action has been taken. Presumably they get some commission like bus conductors !! and hence don't listen to customer's request. To stop this non-sense I even recharged with a small amount of Rs.20/-, but still I find that you people have deducted Rs.10/- out of it. It is an advance mode of BEGGING. By earning this way, you are losing your valued customers. This is my last recharge and if no improvement is noticed, I shall discontinue this sim for ever.
