I wish to inform that i got a connection of Aircel, their exe cutive told me that on rental 999 plan i will be offered calling of 3600 minutes free to any where in india and in roaming also any where in india. and a unlimited GPRS/internet downloading and surfing. to my disappointment when is was travelling in haryana. Aircel has not given me any network due to which i was not in touch for two days and inaccured a huge loss of business. when i came to my home circle. my out goings are barred, on confirming the same i was told that my credit limit has increased as i was charge the charges of roaming in haryana and for the usage of internet, where as as per my plan and as told by the executive while filling the SAF form it is absolitly free of cost. now Aircel is asking to pay me the payment of Rs 1500/- to open my out going.
so in nut shell i was misguided and harassed and inaccured a huge loss of business. i want aircel to stand on their comittment and pay me 3 lac rupess as compentation for the loss of business
