Service problem
Dear Sir/ mam

I am user of videocon mobile phone V 1750. Purchase the phone from M/S Planet M Retail Limited, Planet M shop no 1, B 1-1, veer savarker block shakarpur laxmi nagar vikas marg new delhi 110092 as on Dated 11.04.2010 Book no 24 Serial no 1159. The IMEI no of my phone is 910001450044237 and 910001440044235. After purchase of mobile with in a week the touch system stop working pertially. I approach to the Retailer for repair. But he return the mobile after a week in the same condition.

Second time I approach to M/S Vaishnavi Srevices Shop No - 6, 7, 8, Opp BSES Office, West Guru Angad Ngr, Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092. the touch system of the dead completely it was not working. On dated 20.10.10 for the same problem. They cannot provided the job sheet no. But till date the concern dealed has not done anything. from last two month. I am chasing the dealer. But the dealed not responding. So you are requested take the nacessary action against the dealer and service center. and get my phone repairs as early as possible.
