I received a call from the company's executive but he again FAILED TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM & again said that the useless pack was subscribed by me due to which the company couldn't refund the amount. So I am very much frustrated & dissatisfied by the company. I don't know how are we going to stop such CHEATER companies from cheating the customers. & I feel that the present notion of "Customer is the king" is disappearing as these companies are so easily getting away by cheating us

Now this comopany (RELIANCE) has activated a caller tune & a CRBT service on my mobile without my permission & wrongly deducted a balance of Rs 30 from my mobile again. Now tell me what can I do to prevent this comapny from cheating me?? I am really fed up of this company. Its is really a useless company.

I am really discontented with Reliance & want you to do something about it.

When I called to Nodal Officer for register my complaint and they give me complaint no 144632096, Second day i got message"Dear Reliance customer as per your SR No 144632096 ALTS SAIBABA SUBSCRIPTION vas pack is charged correctly "I am really discontented with Reliance & want you to do something about it.
