    Default ZTE Reliance 3G USB Dongle not working absolutely no resolution authorised from service centre



    Hi,
    I had purchased a ZTE 3G USB Dongle through reliance authorised dealer in second week of May. Have got a 3G data post paid connection.
    Right from first day, the USB dongle has not been working properly. first time it connects well but after disconnecting, quitting the dialer and removing the dongle from USB port when reinserted, it doesnt get connected. always an error message " connect failed" appears.
    have to restart the laptop or remove the #g dialler from programms and reinstall the driver. this is really cumbersome.

    spent few hours on calls to reliance customer care and tried out various options.... no resolution. Finally was informe dby customer care executive to take the dongle to authorised service centre.
    accordingly went to Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd, Bhimnagar Chowk Gurgaon on 13th July 2012. after examining the dongle, they confirmed it is defective and will be replaced after they get stock ( roughly 4-5 days). The complaint was registered and after repeted follow up after a week, was finally told to contact their Karnal branch office Mr Deepak (09355226007). called him on 23rd July 2012.The gentleman was quite polite and assured a quick resolution in 3-4 days stating that since ZTE central warehouse has moved from Gurgaon to Chennai, there is a delay in logistics. Nothing has happened till now.


    Request intervention from concerned higher officals to have the replacement done immediately, In case it is not happeneing please arrange to take back the USB dongle and arrange to reimburse Rs1199/- paid for the same.

    Bought a new 3G Reliance Dongle - the people sold me a postpaid saying wll get activated in 1 hour !!

    I tried after 8 hours - shows data not connected.

    Default Reliance 3G data card

    Hi,

    I have purchased the reliance 3G data card (8305349414) 1 week back. All went well including the verification call address match etc and the card was connected for only 1 day for few minutes. I did not use the card for almost a week since I was travelling. And now it is giving an error "Data not connected"

    I have been trying since almost 24hrs to call the customer care and everytime the customer care diverts me to call on other customer care number. By now I must be having almost 10 reliance customer care numbers. None of them are able to solve my problem.

    Kindly arrange for money back paid to Reliance 1200/- or resolve the connection error at the earliest in 24hrs.

    Angry Reliance 3G - Connect Failed

    Hi,

    I am using Reliance 3G connection for nearly 1 year. Previously, I was using Reliance Netconnect+ for more than a year and later on upgraded to Reliance 3G.

    Since 01-03-2013 I am not able to use the 3G dongle. When I try to connect to the internet in the 3G mode it says "Connect Failed". But, it is working in 2G mode, but the speed is very much less (Even Google home page takes almost 5 mins). I have called up customer care several times and lodged a complaint (Complaint No # 199142553) for the same. Initially when I have lodged the complaint on 01-Mar-2013, I was told that it will be resolved within 3 days. But, actually after 5 days passed, issue wasn't resolved. Since yesterday when I am calling customer care, no positive response has been provided when the issue would be resolved.

    I fear if this issue doesn't get resolved within 1-2 days. I have to disconnect this connection and switch to other operator for this purpose.

    Exclamation Reliance 3G not working

    Hi
    I recharged my phone no. 7827128737 using the online rechage portal of relaince on 4th April 2013.
    I got the message that my mobile has been recharged. But after afew seconds I got another message that my request was not successful. So my cell was recharged but still I did not get the benefits of that recharge.
    After complainig to the customer care I did get the benefit i.e. 1GB data with a validity period of 7 days. But my ordeal does not ends there. Even after getting the 3G data balance my speed is limited to 2G.
    I have used all the APN settings.
    I use a google Nexus 4.
    Earlier also I used reliance 3G on my phone and it worked perfectly all right.
    Please have a look into the matter.
