    I am a Prepaid GSM subscriber of Reliance.My no. is 7666588208.On 18.10.11 on inquiring about 3G Plans for accessing internet on mobile phone on #333 I was suggested by the customer care executive to do a e recharge of Rs 103 on my account to activate the 3G Dongle Plan(3GB internet usage free for one month) .To crosscheck the same I called in #333 same day at around 12.50pm and I was told that I am eligible for offer as I am activating 3G for the first time.I was also told to do the recharge from Reliance world only.As a matter of fact I went to reliance world at Shivaji Park and inquired about the same.They told me to reconfirm it with the customer care.I called up the customer care no.#333 again on 18.10.11 at around 13.25hrs and I was reassured that I can do the recharge and I am eligible for the benefit.So This was the third time on 18.10.11 when I was confirmed about being eligible for the offer.Therefore I went ahead and did the recharge of Rs 103 from reliance world.I called up the customer care #333 at around 14:00 18.10.11 and spoke to Mr Baig to confirm that wether the Plan was activated.After checking it he confirmed me that it is activated on my no. I got the GPRS settings as I was suggested and started accessing the internet after that.

    Consequence:
    On 20.10.11 over Rs 200 was deducted from my account.On inquiring with customer care I was told that I was charged for accessing internet from my mobile phone.I told them that I have taken a 3g dongle plan for the same.On which the executive rechecked and told me that it is not applicable for me as it is only for the first time users and I have accessed internet before from my mobile phone.This was completely a new information that he gave me as I was told earlier that as I am using 3g for the first time I'll be eligible for it.I asked him to take a complaint for the same.He assured me that necessary investigations will be done and If the executive is found guilty of providing wrong information necessary actions will be taken( COMPLAINT NO. 164191008). On 21.10.11 I recieved a call from Mr Deepak (Customer Care executive)from reliance.He told me that on investigation they have found customer care executive gave me wrong information.He apologized for the same and told me that this would not be repeated in future.I requested him for refund of my recharge amount of Rs 103 and total deduction of over Rs 200 or the benefit be given to me considering it as a special case.He took a request assured me that Ill be getting a call back on 22.10.11 .on 22.10.11 he gave me a call and apologized again and told me that the request was not granted by the back end and therefore I will neither get my refund or the service.He closed the complaint.On 22.10.11 I called up the #333 and Spoke to Mr Vinay Mishra (Manager)at around 19.15 hrs.I assured me that he will take up the matter with the concerned authority and give me a call back on 23.10.11 or else I can call in the customer care no. after 3pm and speak to him directly by quoting the case no.On 24.10.11 I dint receive any call from him .I was neither able to reach him thereafter as the executives told me that it wont be possible to connect to the same person.I spoke to Mr Sharat on 23.10.11 and he said me that that Mr Vinay Mishra has written a mail in this regards and I will be getting a resolution on 24.10.11. On 24.10.11 I spoke to Mr Prem Kumar he told me that the resolution would be provided on 25.10.11.I have all the call Recording from 23rd onward.I dint receive any call from them on 25.10.11.I had called up on 25.10.11 but I spoke to Mr Amit(supervisor Senior Department).He tried to connect my call thrice with the concerned person but the call couldn't be connected as he was not present at the office. I feel Harassed and Cheated in this case.

    Relief:
    I am requesting to kindly help me getting my refund of the recharge of Rs 103 and any further deduction on the account of internet usage on 18.10.11 , 19.10.11 and 20.10.11 as I was under the impression that I am using the above mentioned plan .I also demand compensation from the company on the issue of harassment I have gone through in this case on the account of wrong information they provided to me.

    my reliance 3 G frequently disconnects. it worked correctly for 2-3 days now it frequently dissconnects
    whats the solution for this?

    Default Reliance data card not working

    I purchased a reliance ZTE MF668A data card (3g, 21.6 Mbps) two days ago. I have been trying to connect to the internet using it, but have had no success so far. Tried calling customer care and doing the install/uninstall etc - but nothing is working. What do I do?

    Default 3G datacards not working

    Hi

    I baught 10 3G data cards last month, so far there have been two outages on these all of a sudden all 10 cards stop working with error 628. right now also we are facing a outage since yesterday and unable to get any resolution.

    Please help otherwise i and ready to surrender these dongles and go to some other provider.

    Default Reliance 3g woes

    Hi,

    I purchased a reliance 3g prepaid sim card few days back to use it for internet using micromax dongle. It worked fine for the first month and then i made a recharge for Rs 3000 for 18GB data usage 180 days validity. It worked fine for 1 day and then the service got erratic. The internet gets disconnected after every few seconds and i have to reconnect it. I can confirm that the dongle doesn't have a problem as I used a different sim card in the same dongle and it was working fine. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Default My Net connect number 9555281171 is not working

    I had purchased a reliance net connect 3G postpaid data card of sim of number 9555281171 with Huwaei dongle. It was first purchased for the plan of Rs 1799/- 15 GB monthly download limit, but suddenly the speed dropped to negligible then this was upgraded to 21 GB monthly plan and its been 2 days that the plan has been upgraded and till today there is no speed in the net.

    I have deleted all the temp files and cleared all the cache and cookies and till now there is no speed on the data card. Please see in the backed what seems to be the error with this data card.

    Default Refund request for Reliance 3G Data Card: ZTE668A

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased Reliance's 3G Data Card Modem (ZTE MF668A) on 02 November 2011 from Reliance. From the day I purchased this device I was not able to use due to network problems of Reliance connection. I had complaint to Reliance Customer care center and they given me assurance that they will resolve the problem within two or three days. One engineer also visited to check the network issue and he confirmed me that there is network issue and it will be resolved very soon from their side. They always given me fake assurance that they are going to resolve the problems but they failed to resolved.
    Now I requested for termination of my connection and waive off the monthly rental as I did not use the same from the day I purchased. They accepted my request for waive off of monthly rental for consideration but denied to refund the cost of 3G data card modem.

    Customer care executive of Reliance told me that I can use the device after unlocking the same and for that I have to visited Reliance Service Center. They also provided the address of Reliance service center (Adonis Service Center) at both Delhi and Gurgaon. When I visited at Gurgaon Reliance Service Center (Adonis Service Center); they confirmed that Reliance Customer care executive was misguided me as there is no any software provided to Adonis from Reliance to unlocking any device.

    It is a sole responsibility of Reliance to refund the device value to the customer if they are selling a locked device and failed to provide services to the customer from the day it was purchased.

    In view of the above circumstances; request you to kindly do the needful from your side so that I can get the waiver of monthly rental as well refund of device as early as possible.

    Default 3g bill without connection!

    I had subscribed to Reliance 3G more than a month back and had not been able to connect to the internet since then due to numerous problems which began with no connectivity(no green light in modem) to data not found. Despite my repeated requests, no one has been deputed to solve my problems and to add to my woes, I have been constantly nagged that my bill amount is so much. I refused to pay the Bill since I had not used the service. Frustrated, I got the problem fixed on my own expense but now there is no connectivity, apparently because I ahd not paid the undue amount. If any one should do the paying, it is Reliance who has caused me so much distress. It may be mentioned that my Tata photon device is working fine.

    I have taken a Reliance 3G connection on 20-Jan 2012 and had been receiving 3G connectivity from my home. The connectivity suddenly changed to 'EDGE' on 3-Feb 2012 (Friday evening), which is very slow and practically useless for my work.


    The data usage according to the dialer software at that time was 1.2 GB (my plan is 5GB unlimited 750). Anyway I later found that a bill had been generated on 3rd Feb for Rs.400/- with a due date of 21-Feb 2012.


    However till now I am getting EDGE connectivity only which is pathetic to say the least. I am attaching the screen shot from my bill.






    As given in the bill, I have touched 1/3 of my allocated 5 GB for the period of the bill.

    I got in touch with your representative and wrote emails to 'sayani.b.bhattacharya@relianceada.com' & 'bijon.dutta@relianceada.com' on 9 Feb, but did not receive any reply.

    The device (together with SIM) was taken by Reliance representative for testing on Saturday (11 Feb) and returned on Monday (13 Feb) without any perceptible change. However the problem has not been solved and I am still getting EDGE and most of the times, it does not even connect. Diagnostic shows a signal strength of 30. I have tested the SIM in my 3G phone and net connection is bad in that too. So I am certain that its not the problem with the modem...probably with the SIM or your towers at my locality (Shovabazar - Kumartuli in Kolkata).


    Strange thing is I got 3G connectivity till 3-Feb 2012. Request you to look into the issue or refund my money back (Rs.1750/- for the modem) if you cannot provide 3G connection at my premises. Looking towards an early resolution.
