RIM No. issued to someone else

This is a discussion on RIM No. issued to someone else within the Mobile Services forums, part of the Mobile category; I am using the Reliance No. +91-9311123188 and on behalf of this no. new no,. is to be issue to ...

    Angry RIM No. issued to someone else

    I am using the Reliance No. +91-9311123188 and on behalf of this no. new no,. is to be issue to me i.e. 9555223188.

    All the documents has been taken from me i.e. Original Relaince data card bill, Photo, Id Proof on 28-09-2010. Although i am not sure about the date but it is somewhere around this. I had received the call from reliance customer care that my first bill on 9555223188 has been generated so please make the payment. I am shocked to hear this becasue SIM was not provided to me then how the bill can be raised and after the confirmation of customer care, it was informed to me that there is no need to pay the bill as there is no usage and it is the system error.

    But today, I have received the call from the customer care that my usage on 9555223188 is on very high side i.e. Rs 2000 approx and you are not paying the bill WHY???
    I am shocked again as this is the second time bill is raised when the SIM is not issued to me. If i am not wrong then that means someone else is using no. which was alloted to me. This is redicules..........

    I need to know that when the SIM is not provided to me then why the bill is generated and how it is possible that someone else is using my no. when all the documents has taken from me and verification has already been done on my address.

    Executive, who has taken all the documents, id proofs etc, also demand for Rs 150 with the words that it is the complusory payment which will be adjusted in the first bill, That was my mistake that i gave him the money and in return he has given me the voucher of the same amount. Voucher belongs to B.W. Credits, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi..
