    Angry Complaint against reliance communication

    Sir,
    I am Ajit Trivedi,resident of 19 A, 2nd floor, st. no 7, East Guru Angad Nagar, Delhi 110092. My contact no is 9990054285 & 9873255334,

    I am very much upset with the Reliance communication

    As per Reliance Bill, relationship no is 2375216245,reliance no is 9311421987.

    My pain started from the day when I just applied for the data card, That data card never reached to me despite of so many reminders to the guy through whom I had applied.

    After a month (Jan 2009) I received monthly bill. Immediately I called up Reliance customer care and briefed the same. I had been assured that this issue will be resolved in 48 hrs.
    Reference no ---85884244.

    Thereafter these people made my life hell, calling for dues again and again, asking the same thing and then assured me that I will not receive any call from their side.

    These people never stop the bills, they used to send me the bills every month. despite of my so many request that I am not a Reliance user
    (in every bill there is no usage charges from day one)

    but my pain never end, they send recovery people to my house in my absence and demanding the money from my wife. When I reverted it to them,some body from Mumbai called me up and assured me that it will not happen again.

    BUT.....Now, they have sent the Legal Notice dated 13th may 2009 to pay the dues,

    My kind request to you please solve my problem, these things mentally harassed me.

    I need your valuable support in resolving this issue,

    Hello,

    We have gone through your case if the parent company is not solving your problem then you need to do some basic formalities which will strengthen your case in the court, just send a written notice via registered post to the parent company CMD and mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned period of 15-20 days. Wait for their reply and if still they will not solve your problem then contact us again with full details.

    Angry Disturbing the public by rcom

    Hello I'm antonyraj from 1010a pkn road, sivakasi, tamilnadu. Near my home the reliance communications deployed a tower with a genset. The PERFECT genset runs the whole day even when the power is on. The problem is it vibrates highly and disturbs our sleep daily. I've complained the people who maintaining the system there is no response. What we have to do on this?

    Default Phone recharge fraud

    DEAR SIR,
    I HAve recharged my reliance cdma phone with rs 400 but my phone didnt recharged with 400.infact i got sms also that your phone has recharged with400 still there is no balance in my phone when i talked to reliance personal has said you will get 2ps recharged why is it i have already recharged with 48rs coupen after that they have claimed whatever amount you will recharge your call rate will be 50/paise per minute.

    Ref:Hopeless service and Irresponsible marketing executives.

    We are into travel industry since 1991 providing our services in Hyderabad.
    earlier we were using Tata connections but due to frequent call drops and
    poor service we wanted to have this reliance connections and I applied for
    10 lines to your so called Area sales manager Mr. V.Kumar swamy(cell
    no 9394080808) on 25th September and as I am taking 10 lines he also
    promised me a fancy number 040-39111111. Also with call hunting and cug
    facility.

    By saying this he collected the required documents and a cheque of rs.5000/-
    favoring reliance communications promising me that in 4 working days the
    lines will be installed .the next day he called me and said the allotted
    fancy number is not available for that you need to shell out a huge amount
    the other number which is available will be allotted to you i.e. 30523052,53
    54 55...so on till 10 lines.

    Leaving no options I agreed for the same and went ahead with printing of
    office stationery with the above number 30523052(10 lines).After waiting
    for 5 working days I called the area sales manager to inform him that no
    line has been installed.he took the call and very irresponsibly tells me
    that they have a problem in laying a cable and the lines are full in the
    server.

    The next day when I called nearly for 20 times to the Area Sales manager ,
    yield and begged for the installation as I have printed the stationary
    worth lakhs of rupees he says its not his department call the Installation
    department and gave me cell number of one Mr.Srikanth who never care to take
    my calls.I again called Mr. Kumar who never answered my calls.

    Landing myself in such a disgusting situation I went to the Reliance
    Communications office on 05 October at punjagutta and came to know that they
    have shifted to some new address and with much difficulty I located their
    office at Lakeshore towers somajiguda and asked their for Mr.Kumar,He was
    not their and after my continuous visits I got to meet him on 12 October.

    He said again the same story and introduced me to one Mr.Murty of
    Installation department he had also the same problem of shortage of cables
    and I had to come back with empty hands .After running pillar to post for
    Installations I succeeded getting just three connections on 21 September and
    to my utter shock with new numbers and not the numbers which were promised
    to me. I called up Mr.Kumar and after 10 calls he took my call and says that
    my numbers will be changed in another 24 hours and only one number was
    changed that too without any call hunting & Cug facility.

    Is this the price Reliance subscriber after believing you people has to pay
    and just because that we went ahead with the printing job we had to beg for
    the services with you people.

    I wanted to increase the connections from 10 to 25 but the lowest quality
    of service I ever experienced was this.There is a huge lisit of your staff
    who are openly cheating in the market and collecting huge amounts just for
    their commissions from innocent people.

    Instead of wasting time and money on so much heavy advertising and
    promotions I would suggest this is the high time were reliance should chek
    there poor d graded services they are offering to their subscribers and
    after promising and collecting the amounts for new connections the
    harrassment a customer has to go through.

    I respect the vision of Mr.Dhirubhaiambani and in his are his customers were
    everything for him.

    Default Complaint against worse facility to 995 & 770 plan than any other plan

    I had activated my unlimited 995 on 25th of july.That time there were so many facilities including free calling on RTL nos. of bihar,mp,etc. But from 18th of august free calling on RTL nos. was closed from total plans and onnet packs.After sometime you provided a new onnet pack of 149. Which is activated in every plan except my unlimited 995 and 770.Rght now i am in mumbai and i have to face a lot of problems. I cannot change my no. and i cannot change my plan. What should I do? I have also sent my complaint to Nodal officer sir but I haven't got any resolution or feedback on mobile or email id.

    Angry Regaring the Complint of the Mobile Number 8144630810 Of Chennai Circle

    HI All

    This Narasimha Vasista

    I am An Reliance Mobile Prepaid Customer and i have taken the 8144630810( Chennai Circle ) Connection From the Reliance on 06-Jan-2010 and i Given All the Necessary Documents as per the Company Requirement and is have the Balance of 25 rs.

    On 9-Jan-2010 there Was a Concern Started in My Number that is I am Not About to make the Calls as i am Getting the Error Message as "ERROR IN NETWORK" and i have already Complained on the same With the Service Provider and as well as Nodel and Applet Also.But After that i Have been Informed for the Sim Replacement and I went to Reliance Web World in Tiruvanmayur on 01-Feb-2010 which is 40 Kms Away from My Place and i have asked For the Sim Replacement and they told that as Sim is in Activate Status Sim Cant Be Replaced and they Have taken the Complaint on the same.

    But still Now I didn't Got any Information From that.

    So pls have a check and do the needful to me as i am Requesting as a Hurtled Customer.

    this is ravindra manjrekar i have been cheated by 1 of u r dealers parmeshwari infocomm / n252200024 these people took rs 500/- from me on 23/02/2010 the receipt no is 2401918831 and committed 2 sim cards the no assured was 9322887700 and till now i have not yet received my sim cards but before a week i received the bills of no which i have not used and the no registered on my name were 9320778976/ 9321056277 and that to wore on my dad's name krishna manjrekar and the address was of my brother's place which unfortunately i was surprised about.

    during the last 2 mths mr .sultan from parmeshwari infocomm is assuring me for the sim cards but he has failed and gave me false commitment, mr.mangesh who is the the regional manager for thane also gave me false commitment and didn't revert back instead switched off his cellphone, am trying to contact mr. tilak chatterjee from last 21 days but not able to reach him.if irresponsible employees like mr.mangesh r working with reliance then what the hell the dealers do ???????????????????????????

    Post regarding complaing of reliance gsm number 9015106493

    Summary- My point is that due to service provider’s negligence my sms pack has not been activated on two occasions, consequently I was charged as if I had no “sms pack” activated and service provider is tacitly denying restoration of my illegally deducted amount which stands approximately 105/-.They are costing me for their own fault which is a condemnable consumer practice by such large organization. There are many customers who do not take pain to protest such malpractice due to less money involved but such ignorance of consumer’s interest should stop.

    Breif facts- I recharged my GSM mobile number 9015106493 on 25th February with 50/- and my balance then was 49/-(including 6/-earlier balance). I was told that day by customer care executive that my SMS per paise plan(11/-sms pack) will be renewed on 27th February if there would be sufficient balance in my account. I called hardly of the value of 1/- from my above-mentioned phone after that conversation.
    On 28th February night, I sent messages from my phone, but after sending some 90 messages my balance dried up. When I called Customer Care around 12.00pm(28february)-1.00am(1march), they reported that your SMS plan could not be renewed due to some technical fault. I contended that as this fault was from provider's end, balance amount in my account should be restored. As per their intimation they forwarded my complaint to the technical department and informed that it would be redressed within 48 hours. Relying their assurance I again recharge my account with 50/- on1st march. They activated my sms pack on 3rd march, but my unjustifiably deducted balance was not restored.
    Since then I have called customer 15 times each gaping two days, and every time I was informed the same thing that my complaint has been forwarded to technical department and would be redressed within two days.
    On 25th march I again contacted to Customer Care and requested that my complaint should be soon sorted out as on 27th April my per paise plan(11/-sms pack) is to be renewed, then they told me that date of the renewal of your above-stated plan is 4th April. As per their intimation I again recharged my mobile phone with 50/- on 4th April, but on 10th April my balance again dried up. When I called Customer Care they told me that due to insufficient balance in your account on 4th April your sms pack could not be renewed.I informed them that I had recharged my account that day and received a confirmation through sms from their side, then they confessed my point and noted a complaint and assured that it will be sorted out within two days. On 13th April they sent an sms that your sms pack has been activated but when I sent some sms from my phone I found that it was not activated. I contacted them and this time they told that your sms pack has been activated but you have to charge your account to avail the service, though if my sms pack would have been renewed timely, there would have sufficient fund in my phone account.

    Other facts which I should mention following facts-
    1- I tried to contact Nodal Officer of Ncr region through phone and e-mailed twice but got no response.
    2- I have saved all sms from service provider’s side which is relevant to and justify my case.
    3- Sms per paise(11/- sms pack) plan allows the customer to send 1100 sms for 30 days , it is nenewable after expiry of 30 days if sufficient balance in phone account until request for its de-activation.
    1.Suffered loss of Rs.105/-
    2. Wasted nearly 20 hours of my valuable time during past one and half months with customer care department for my getting my complaint redressed,even then faced tacit denial of my claim.
    3.Faced irritation and agony of injustice and fraud with no cooperative support from service provider.
    4.Having been prevented to enjoy benefit of mobile phone in my routine and suffered general professional loss due to incompetency of service provider to operate its offered plans and value added service.
    5.Unability to change service provider as it would harm my social and professional network and changing phone no. implies additional pain, inconvenience and expenditure.

    Default Complaint against Cable Service Provider in Sanpada, Sector-8

    Dear Sir,

    Further to my email below, please note that yesterday the Cable Service Provider in Sanpada, Sector-8 have disconnected the cable line stating that we have not paid the monthly bill to which we have informed them that they have to first give me the original bill against purchase of set top box and then repair the set top box once and for all or return the money paid.

    I believe the government should discontinue giving license to cable operators because they have the habit of cheating the consumers.

    Please advise.

    I had purchased a set top box from the local Cable Operator, Kiran from Sanpada, Mobile No.9324392199 3 months back.

    Since I wanted to view all the channel I had asked the cable operator to give me the set top box as early as possible. Initially he supplied me second hand set top box which i came to know and since i complained he said because i wanted as soon as possible i was given new but i insisted that he had provided me second hand and my fault was that i paid the money and did not take the bill.

    After repeated complaint about second hand set top box given to me, the cable operator provided me a new set top box for which also i was not given a receipt nor bill.

    Ever since I purchased the set top box, i have been having problem with the set top box and have spent approximately more than Rs.50/- every month for calling the above number and another number 022 40190111.

    Whenever i call 40190111 i am told the problem lies with the cable operator i.e Kiran and whenever I speak to Kiran i am told the problem lies with the set top box manufacturer. Today, i came to know that that the set top box is also registered in the name of some other person and the registered address is also not mine.

    Now the cable operator is not ready to give me the bill nor rectify the complaint of settop box problem. Under the circumstance I request you to let me know whom to complaint and whether you can take up the matter with the manufactorer which is LOGIC EASTERN. My set top box No. is V19LE0509FT005239.

    Please advise me.

    a week passed out n till yeh i didn't got the gprs settings n customer care is not giving the proper solution of this.
    Another complaint i recharged with Rs.39/- for unlimited free sms pack other then this they cut my balance of Rs.19/- for sms pack of 1p per sms,
    i asked they said these are automatic updated coupon as i recharged for Rs.19/- last month thats why they cut this amount as the pack autometic update,
    i asked months before i recharged with Rs.39/- sms pack why u had not cut that amount last month they said its ur mistake u have to ask why they had not deducted that amount that 1 also autometic update recharge. They had never conveyed earlier that these packs are automatic update recharge...

    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Reliance customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Post tower signal problem

    Respected Sir,

    This is me C. Balasubramani, Reliance Mobile Customer [9025294718]. My village is located in Coimbatore main road, 6 Km distance from karur district, tamil nadu. And it has approximately 6000 population and developing many industries like that bus body building companies, Export companies and others also.

    Reliance Network is economically very best network. So my family, my company partners and workers also have converted to Reliance Network by me. But Reliance network has tower problem at my village. But other networks have full tower signal like that Aircell, Airtel, Vodafone and some other networks. So I am affecting your signal problem.

    So I am very interest to give my land for build new tower. My land is located very nearly covai main road and center of the village. I think, this land is very suitable to build Reliance tower. That land size is 2400 square feet and 30 meter distance from covai main road.
